·  Appoint Executive link person for each symposium

·  Explore basis for co-operation with EASSW and ICSW for future symposia

·  Provide support and assistance to national planning committees

·  Develop guidelines for future conferences including evaluation criteria

·  Develop a list of material the region needs to build an archive and a database of past conferences for future reference

·  Notify all conference committees that the region needs to receive a financial and program critique after each conference
