IFSW/IASSW Conference Fee Arrangement
It is moved that both the IASSW and the IFSW and the national organizer(s) of joint world conferences will aim at a reasonable surplus as a financial outcome from the conference.
The surplus is to be divided between the global and national partner(s) with 50% to the national organiser(s) and 50% to the global partners IASSW and IFSW.
The share for the national organiser(s) should be negotiated at a national level. The share for the global partners shall be divided equally.
Further that the General Meeting authorises the Executive Committee to negotiate funding arrangements for regional and non joint conferences utilising either the 50% split arrangement, the 4% levy or and other arrangement which does not disadvantage either party.
