Dear Colleagues,
Please find below the proposed constitutional changes for the upcoming General Meeting in Geneva July 10-12, 2002.
The proposal is presented in two parts, as a short Executive Summary and as Full text.
Member organisations wanting to propose additional changes in the Constitution and / or By- Laws are asked to send their proposals to the Secretariat not later than April 9, 2002, by preference as an e-mail, as indicated in our mailing of February 27, 2002. They will be distributed from the Secretariat April 11, 2002. Please be aware that we cannot receive any proposals after this time, as any proposed amendments to the Constitution shall be circulated to member organisations not less than 90 days before the date fixed for the General Meeting.
Please also be aware that any other proposal your organisation may want to present to the General Meeting and be distributed with documents for the General Meeting must be received by the Secretariat not later than May 15, 2002.
We wish you good reading, and look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in Geneva in July.
