Sales conditions for IFSW Products

1. Orders

The IFSW Shop is open 24 hours a day. Every order will be considered as firm. If you changed your mind and want to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email without delay to the following email address : global@ifsw.org. Please let us know your order number and your name. If your order is already posted, it will be too late.

2. Delivery.

We try to deliver your product as fast as possible.

3. Exchange/ Return Policy

Before returning or exchanging please write to global@ifsw.org and get a confirmation. All exchanges/returns should be sent back to IFSW within 10 days after getting approval from our sales office.

If your product reveals a defect please contact us within the 5 days after reception. After approval from our sales services, we will then exchange it at no cost.

If you want to change it for a different reason, please contact us first. Let us know why you want to send it back. Once accepted by our sales office, we will confirm our action. All products should be returned in unworn conditions. The shipping cost will not be refunded for all orders that are returned with no manufacturing defect in them.

4. Methods and conditions of payment

You can pay by credit card (Mastercard/Eurocard or Visa), or by check (please note that there is a special charge for check payments due to bank costs. The special charge is presented along with the product. There is no special check charge for affiliation to our Friends of IFSW program or for donations. If you should want to pay by direct bank transfer, please let us know and we will send you the bank details.

5. IFSW's Privacy & Security policy

All your data will be handled confidentially. We do not release any information about you to other agencies / companies.

From time to time, we will allow us to send you a mailing or a newsletter. If you do not want to receive such information please send an email to: global@ifsw.org with "Remove my name" in the subject line. Please provide us with the exact email address you used to order with us and we will make sure your name and address is removed from the list

6. Acceptance of the conditions

Every order requires the acceptance of the herein conditions.

7. Dispute

Any dispute will be handled under Swiss law and in the courts of Bern, Switzerland
