DESCRIPTION:COSW policy forum \nWhat it is: The Commonwealth Organisation for Social Work (COSW) is holding a policy forum titled “From Fragility to Fortitude: COSW Policy Forum Focuses on African CSOs in Turbulent Times” \nWhat it’s about: The forum will discuss a new report on the impact of the collapse of U.S. government funding on African civil society organizations (CSOs)4444. The report is based on a survey of 364 African CSOs in 42 countries and presents a “troubling picture of vulnerability and uncertainty” across the sector5555.
