Dear Colleagues,
We are delighted to extend an invitation from the OHCHR for your unique insights on the impactful strategies employed by your governments to enhance social security systems.
In response to the mandate from the UN Human Rights Council, the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is gathering data to develop an informative guide and convene a panel discussion on this critical topic (refer to HRC Resolution 52/11). Your contributions are essential to highlight the significant influence of social workers in shaping best practices in social protection, aligning with human rights principles. This will be instrumental in crafting the OHCHR’s practical information note and in orchestrating an enlightening panel discussion during the 55th Session of the HRC.
