Topic: Presentation of the Rehabilitation and Recovery Center for Service Army and Their Families

Description:Â Regrettably, Ukraine’s current system lacks the indispensable services provided by Project Victory. Despite surging demand amid the daily challenges of ongoing conflict, there is a glaring absence in addressing the unique needs of service members and their families. This absence is keenly felt by those dealing with physical injuries and psychological trauma, necessitating a holistic and tailored support system, presently lacking in the Ukrainian infrastructure.
Purpose: Comprehensive support for military personnel and their families.
Current Limitations: Financial constraints identified by our interdisciplinary team of social workers and psychologists.
Service Objectives: The services offered encompass both social and medical facets, including medical assistance, rehabilitation, group counseling, socio-economic services, employment assistance, educational support, and legal advice.
By addressing the following questions, the webinar aims to provide comprehensive insights into the innovative solutions and initiatives undertaken to enhance social assistance in Ukraine:
- What challenges are currently encountered by military service members and their families in Ukraine when seeking comprehensive support for physical and psychological rehabilitation?

This initiative is dedicated to providing technical rehabilitation support, household management assistance and psychological support, ensuring a comprehensive and comforting experience within their residences.
Purpose: Full-spectrum social and health care for immobile elderly individuals.
Current Limitations: Financial constraints and lack of a developed model identified by our interdisciplinary team.
Service Objectives: The need for home care for the elderly is profound. Older people who experience mobility difficulties often find solace and improved well-being in the familiar surroundings of their homes. Project Vira aims not only to address these critical needs, but also to support the involvement of social workers to provide compassionate, personalized care.

Objective: Comprehensive social rehabilitation for children with musculoskeletal disorders.
Current Limitations: Financial constraints and model development challenges highlighted by our interdisciplinary team.
Service Objectives: By taking a holistic approach to rehabilitation, they ensure that each child receives personalized care, taking into account their specific needs and challenges. Social interaction and emotional support provided by social workers significantly contribute to children’s progress and well-being throughout the rehabilitation process.
