The first Palestinian International Conference for Social Workers was held in Jerusalem and Bethlehem at the end of November. IFSW member The Palestine Union of Social Workers and Psychologists hosted the conference. The Palestine-UK Social Work Network sent 47 British social workers to show solidarity and engage in joint learning, supported the event. Social workers also attended from Switzerland, Northern Ireland, Norway and Sweden.
