Israel Promotes International Learning from the Corona Pandemic
When the world began to shut down in mid-March, it became clear that all social workers were facing uncharted territory. How to continue to provide professional services without our traditional tools and with the need to protect ourselves from infection. The Israel Union of Social Workers initiated a brief questionnaire to gather information about the social work response around the world and to share innovative methods with our colleagues. The questionnaire went out in April and was answered by 225 social workers around the world. The results were shared with all the respondents and presented in a webinar on April 30.
